Description
Module 2 is dedicated to first aid didactics – with a focus on how first aid content is taught in a structured, understandable, and target-group-oriented manner. In a protected environment, participants develop their first teaching units, test various teaching methods, and receive valuable feedback for further developing their teaching skills. At the end of the module, there is a practical assessment consisting of a written exam and a teaching demonstration. These assessments take place in a supportive and collegial atmosphere – with the goal of creating confidence for future teaching activities.
Target group
This course is aimed at individuals who have already completed Module 1 and are pursuing further qualification as a first aid instructor. The course is also aimed at first aid instructors who would like to regain their teaching qualification.
Requirement
Completion of Module 1 is required to participate in Module 2. Alternatively, proof of previous training as a first aid instructor can be provided by submitting a corresponding certificate.
Time & Place
Module 2 comprises 32 teaching units of 45 minutes each and is delivered over four days at Pulskurs's training facilities. The content is taught in a practical and application-oriented manner, supplemented by accompanying self-study phases for independent in-depth study of the topics. Alternatively, the module can also be delivered as an in-house training course directly on-site – for example, at a facility or institution – upon request.

Die Teilnahmegebühr für Modul 2 beträgt 520 Euro pro Person. Darin enthalten sind Schulungsunterlagen und die Teilnahme an allen Unterrichtseinheiten. Für Inhouse-Schulungen kann auf Anfrage ein individuelles Angebot erstellt werden.

Upon successful completion of Module 2, a certificate with the title "First Aid Instructor" will be issued. Participants who have regained their previous teaching qualification through Module 2 will receive a certificate confirming successful completion of the "First Aid Didactics" module. Pulskurs is recognized as a multiplier center under reference number 8.1552 in accordance with DGUV Principle 304-003 and is officially authorized to train teachers in first aid.

Lehrkräfteausbildung
Die Ausbildung zur Lehrkraft in der Ersten Hilfe bei Pulskurs ist eine zertifizierte und deutschlandweit anerkannte Qualifikation nach DGUV-Grundsatz 304-003. Sie besteht aus mehreren Ausbildungsphasen, deren Umfang abhängig von vorhandenen oder nicht vorhandenen Vorqualifikationen ist.
Erste-Hilfe-Lehrkräfte stehen vor einer Gruppe, vermitteln praxisnahes Erste-Hilfe-Wissen und fungieren als wichtige Impulsgeber. Zudem haben sie die Möglichkeit, sich in diesem Bereich selbstständig zu machen.

Der Weg zum Erste-Hilfe-Ausbilder
1. Grundvoraussetzung
Erforderlich sind ein Mindestalter von 18 Jahren sowie das Beherrschen der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
2. Medizinisch-fachliche Qualifikation
Erforderlich ist mindestens ein aktueller Erste-Hilfe-Kurs sowie eine anschließende notfallmedizinische Grundqualifikation über 48 Unterrichtseinheiten (Pulskurs48).
Liegt bereits eine vergleichbare notfallmedizinische Qualifikation oder Ausbildung vor, entfällt dieser Schritt.
3. Pädagogische Qualifikation
Zunächst wird Modul 1 (Didaktik und Methodik) absolviert, anschließend folgt Modul 2 (Fachdidaktik Erste Hilfe). Beide Module werden bei Pulskurs in hybrider Form (Präsenz + Selbstlernphase) durchgeführt.
Liegt bereits eine pädagogische Qualifikation im Umfang von 200 Stunden oder mehr vor – oder ein humanmedizinisches Studium –, ist nur die Teilnahme an Modul 2 erforderlich. Beispiele hierfür sind: Ärzt*innen, Praxisanleitende, Lehrkräfte.
